Zero Stars. Absolutely terrible service.As a tenant, we have been without hot water for 9 days now and McDonald Real Estate will not fix it. They claim that they are waiting on the landlord's approval. 9 days! I have emailed and called their office every single day since Nov 17 and they have never called me back.Previous to this, I reported large water pooling on the east side of the house, took photos and sent them in. They said it was normal and due to rainfall. I since discovered that the water tank is leaking about a litre every 2-3 minutes and the water pooling is what extinguishes the pilot light (I sent video footage of this). They finally send out an inspector on Nov 19 who said it was an urgent repair and needed to be fix, yet I've heard nothing back since. We have a 2 month old baby and other children and this is completely unacceptable. I have also emailed the Springvale office Director to attempt to escalate matters and again, no response.On the contrary, my neighbour knows the landlord and called him and the landlord thinks everything has been fixed.

As a landlord, I feel that my property is being well managed with Johnston King and that a suitable tenant was chosen. The staff are always quick to reply with any queries and all payments are prompt.

Great team - special kudos to Rachel and Paul. I have had nothing but great service from them as a tenant since they have taken over this agency. Highly recommend!!

I have had some pretty dodgy agents in the past but these guys are friendly and efficient.Couldn't speak highly enough of the excellent service
