I went here and had the lovely Tanivia do my nails. She did an amazing job and was very kind and knowledgeable. Love my nails :) Definitely recommend going to see her, the staff are all so nice too!

I got my nails done for my year 12 formal and they are absolutely gorgeous. I would 100% recommend, everyone is so lovely and accommodating. They are by far the best nails I've ever got!

Visited La Francaise during the busy Christmas time and had SNS nails done. Despite waiting around 30-40 minutes to be served, I was very impressed with the quality of their service and friendly attitude of those I came in contact with. Even though they were extremely busy and under the pump, they did not compromise on good quality service. Manager also did a very good job in attending to everybody and ensured her best efforts for all customers to be served. Salon was also very clean and organised. A big thank you, I love my nails and will be back again!

absolutely SHOCKING. It hasn’t even been a week since i got a full set of acrylic with tips. my nails are lifting, they’re chipping and they are crooked. i don’t do any jobs that would make my nails lift or chip faster than usual. they look so bad and the lady who did my nails was so rude. she kept going off and doing other things. it took over 2 hours for only french tips. and on top of that, they made me pay $80! WTH? absolutely will NOT be coming back here anytime soon or ever.

Tiffany did a great job for my wedding. It was exactly what I wanted and looked exactly like the reference picture I showed. The whole experience was fun and relaxed.

I am quite disappointed I am only up to my 6th day since getting SNS on my natural nails, and one has already snapped off. The others are starting to crack, but a 4 day policy is not realistic. It was $60 for no tips, I had taken a long time to grow the natural nail, and with SNS elsewhere they usually lasts over 3 weeks. Needing to get them redone after not even a week as well as regrow the nail, is really disappointing
