Iva is sensational in her knowledge, expert advice, range of treatments on offer and the quality of her work. Iva does not force products or treatments onto you, and genuinely cares about you getting results. I can't recommend her more highly in the treatments I have received including facials, leg veins, eyebrow tattooing and laser hair removal. I've been to several clinics over the past 20 years but none compare to the service and fast results I have already seen since visiting Lipoderm Clinic. As a result of Iva's treatments and advice, my skin has never looked better, felt better about myself, and more confident in my own skin.

Iva has a natural talent of symmetry. I am so happy with my brows/top+bottom eyeliner. I highly recommend taking advantage of her talent. Its the smart thing to do.

BEWARE!! I bought and paid for on Scoopon $149 for eyebrow tattooing. I had my voucher code after I made payment so that I could book my appointment. Iva took along time to get back to me via email only, as she does not provide a contact number to book.I arrived at my appointment 5 minutes early, and the owner, Iva was very rude and said that you must pay by CASH ONLY. I said that I had already paid on Scoopon, so I didn’t need to pay her, however she demanded payment again. When I refused a few times, she asked me to leave, and said to me “good luck getting a refund from Scoopon” hence, I did not get my service that I’d paid for.Do not book an appointment or have any service with this business, it’s a scam. This business has now been reported to Scoopon.

I have seen Iva several times over the years for various treatments. I have always found my interactions with Iva interesting as she educates and treats. She is straight forward and never pushes towards a treatment that I cannot afford. I recommend this clinic.

Bought through Groupon. Owner… Iva Durcova makes a appointment on my behalf without confirming that I have received that appointment detail. I don’t attend that appointment then requests I pay $150 to rebook at a time convenient for me. No phone call correspondence. Absolute backyard scam. Please think twice. You really want to have a trusting relationships with someone if they are going to tattoo your face or lay a hand on your body. Just don’t.

Absolutely professional and superb result. Iva takes the time to discuss what your expectations are, and to explain the process thoroughly which was very reassuring to someone who is new to cosmetic tattooing. The procedure was gentle and Iva takes great care. Thank you so much Iva, the end result and the experience exceeded my expectations.

I also paid for Groupon Voucher.. Made appointment quite easily but on day of appointment my mother who at 91 years is in my care had a fall which required medical assistance and xrays ect.. I contacted Lipoderm to advise I was unfortunately unable to attend my appointment.. Iva sent me a reply email advising I would have to pay $200.00 rebooking fee.. Serious.. I am truly disappointed in her money grabbing attitude and Iva I do apologise for putting my elderly mother before an appointment at Lipoderm..

My Sister and I paid for my Mum to have her eyebrows tattooed and she couldn't be happier with the result. Iva was very friendly and the service she offered my Mum was very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone.
