Roller Door Fix

Our roller door was not working and we tried to fix ourselves to no avail and didn't want to make our issue worse. We firstly called a well know repair company who could not come out for 2 weeks but if we wanted them sooner we would be charged a VERY expensive call out fee. As we wanted the door fixed sooner on a google and review of previous customer comments we called James at Roller Door Fix. He came out almost immediately and sure enough it was a very easy fix. James did not charge us and we are so grateful for this and makes us realise the smaller company's are generally the way to go for honest service. We will be calling Roller Door Fix for our ongoing servicing of our roller door unit! Thanks James - we sincerely appreciate your prompt, efficient and honest service.

James had came out and was able to fix our issue promptly. He's very professional and didn't even try to convince us into upgrading, even though we thought it was faulty. Thanks heaps James highly recommend to all our friends.

My garage motor stopped working in early Jan, James came out to take a look and did a reset for us for free and advised us if it fails to work again it's time for replacement. Recently, it fails to work again. James did the replacement today and the job was done quickly, he even helped us did a quick maintenance check on my other garage door. He is friendly and helpful and did the job at an affordable price.
