Please don't use this service. I used them paid 1000 up front due to told me they will get debt collecters on to me but when the only work done was a consultation and a letter I asked for a refund of the remainder which was promised by Krystle her self and when I would ask about it I then got every excuse and then I took it to office of fair trading and she refused to answer them and refused the money. Which now am taking it though small claims court. I have also written to the media to let people know about thisThis company is so wrong for people that struggle with court cost and they just take you money or steal you money please be carefull I would hate for this to happen to you
