Great staff, really helpful and professional

A massive thank you to Desktek and in particular Jonathan for supplying and building my PC.I personally have no experience with PC's and Jonathan asked me all the right questions to be able to build a machine to suit my needs, whilst not making me awkward due to my lack of PC knowledge.Even after receiving my PC I was super impressed with the after sales service, Jonathan went above and beyond to answer all of my questions over the phone, and even at one point remotely connecting to my PC to help me set it up properly.I highly recommend using Desktek for a PC build even if you live interstate like I do.

Jonathan has continually provided first-rate assistance and expertise. He recently assisted with transferring our website to a new hosting service, which went smoothly and the site is so much faster than before. We cannot recommend Jonathan highly enough when it comes to all things IT.
