Really professional all round. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Biggest range of cars I have seen. Went to 2 other stores in Sydney that could not repair my car and they repaired it on the spot! Won't go anywhere else now.

Dont buy many cars these days but whenever i do generally from this store prices are creeping up but Cathie is a delight to deal with nothing any trouble David on the other hand ??? service is excellent quick delivery all good

Excellent service, great advice by the staff on which sets was best suited for my needs. Location and facilities are very good, the tracks are a hoot to play on. They have electronic lap timers to track your progress and nice long straights with exciting bends which keep things interesting. Lots of cars on display, heaven for any car lover who can appreciate the scale and craftsmanship. Who knew, you can even celebrate your birthday here and race your mates, age doesn't matter. In fact I'm on my way now to buy another set for a friends kid who I hope will be bitten by the slot car bug!

Ordered many cars from here, but today I was beyond impressed. A preorder of a batmobile not expected til August, arrived earleir than expected. Straight away Im notified on email, my order sent via express post as requested with no hassles of holding it until the rest of my order due later this year. Perfect handling, fantastic phone manner and the exact result I had hoped for.

Place is neat and tidy. Well presented track. Staff where not very friendly or welcoming. We spent half of out time sorting out issues with the junk hire cars. Even at the slowest speed the cars would come off the track or de-rail on the the straights.

I had a car on order earlier in the year and as soon as it become available , Armchairracer contacted me and confirmed the order. I confirmed the order at 10 a.m. on Wednesday morning, and the package arrived at my door from Sydney to the Gold Coast at 8 a.m. the next morning. Now that is fast service. Highly recommend.
