Alex and his Bunker Shop is an awesome business. The cut, care and attention to detail was second to none. The service, being appointment only is very intimate and this makes you feel very special. The shop itself is fitted and finished to such a high level and Alex’s personal style and passions are literally there to see all around you. A very cool place from a very cool guy.

Took myself and my son in for a haircut today. It was really easy to book for both of us. Alex did great haircuts for both us and even fixed some issues with my hair from a previous barber. Alex has a great shop with a calm vibe.

Absolutely recommend! Have been twice now and both times have received more compliments on a haircut in the following weeks than I’ve received in the past 5 years. Alex is professional yet the barbershop has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere and the attention to detail you receive is on another level to a typical walk in barbershop. Encourage everyone to give Alex a go and support local - especially if you are time poor and don’t want to sit around and wait - you won’t be disappointed :)

The Bunker Barber shop is awesome. I booked in with my 8 year old and 7 year old boys. Both of who refused haircuts before - mums clippers only. Alex is passionate and skilled. We all had the coolest cuts in the coolest shop I’ve ever been to. Being able to book in is a massive plus. I can’t recommend any higher.

I am new to the area and have been so happy to find Alex at the Bunker Barbershop. Alex has cut my hair twice now and on my first cut he offered some great suggestions for a new style (Made me look years younger :)) which I have been really happy with. I like that Alex has solid experience, takes his time to do a great cut and obviously takes pride in what he does. Really modern shop too and being the only person getting your hair cut at that time feels like your getting individual attention as opposed to the usual production line feel. Went to Alex for the first time this morning, was very professional, clean and a true Bulimba local. Great hair cut with the best part not having to wait in long lines like many other barbers in the area. Great stuff Alex, looking forward to teeing up a regular visit.

Had such a great experience with Alex! Recently moved up from Melbourne and am so happy to have found such a great barber in the area. The service is first-class and the cut is fantastic. Alex was really easy to chat to and took his time to ensure the cut was perfect. Would highly recommend.
