I have just started at LP and am loving it.I am enjoying everything about LP. The variety of workouts and the people. It is such a fabulous supportive community. Along with how easy it is to have my kids there. As a single mum this is what has stopped me joining any gym sooner as the juggle is quite tricky but LP make it so easy and accessible.Would absolutely recommend LP to everyone!!!

Absolutely the best decision I made in my life back in 2020… trust me Chad, Courtney and the team will look after you. If you are worried about joining due to that gym feeling and being judged, get that thought out of your mind, it’s like no other gym, it’s a community of supportive people of all shapes and sizes and all different fitness and strength ability…Trust me it’s the decision you need to make for you in 2023

Joining lifestyle performance was the best decision I have ever made for myself! The coaches are so lovely and genuinely care about your health. I use to dread going to the gym but with lifestyle performance I actually hate when I miss a day and get so excited to go.

Hands down, the very best choice I’ve ever made is training at Lifestyle Performance.LP creates such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors – the classes have awesome music and the amazing supportive members create a perfect workout environment who make me actually want to go train everyday. From the hands-on ownership, to the exceptional positive trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today!! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lifestyle Performance to anyone. I have been blown away by my experience at this gym and I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.
