Went and got two helium number balloons, didn’t have the numbers in the colour that they had offered to us then said they had it in another colour which we agreed to. It would have been good if they were the same rose gold and size. These didn’t come with weights and we weren’t if with needed or would like some. Asked us to pay while we waited, no worries , didn’t give us a price, yes should have asked but as their web site said balloons start at $3, so l was completely surprised when l tapped to pay it was $40. Would have expected around the $25 to $30 And staff were not pleasant, acted if it was a chore.

About Flowers were lovely and great customer service. I did a phone order for a delivery to my mum and the beautiful arrangement of flowers was delivered very quickly. Highly recommend them!!!

My Experience with about flowers was exceptional. I had a 30yr anniversary and was let down by bloomix, but they helped me out at last minute and the flowers and arrangement were fabulous. My wife loved them. Thanks a lot About flowers 10/10

PERFECTIONWhat can’t I say, from the beginning of communication with Shantelle, it was nothing but great service, above and beyond with my questions and requests.I contacted on two days notice for some balloons for my sons birthday.1foil number, 1foil circle and 5 helium balloons. $48. GREAT PRICE. From what else is out there regarding price, this is below others quoted and great to be able to get balloons locally in town rather than heading elsewhere for them @ a larger expense.I was also surprised with a Mother’s Day Bouquet (flower delivery on a Sunday & Mother’s Day - talk about service)They were beautiful and so fresh. They lasted three weeks and then I actually deconstructed it a little and only threw out the roses & made a dried arrangement with the rest. A gift that keeps on giving.With a new owner, only taking over a couple of weeks prior, I can only imagine the stress they were under to be ready for a busy time of year. But was not noticeable in the stunning arrangement I received.Can highly recommend ‘About Flowers’ and will continue to recommend them to others and use them for all my balloons, flowers and gift needs.⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very extensive range in store, heaps of fresh fresh flowers arrangements, custom ones and heaps of cool dried flower ones. I usually hate those sort of thing but these are really tasteful and cute, not at all tacky. Heaps of super cool planters and vases too. They do helium balloons and have a wide variety of options. The ladies are friendly and helpful. Love the paint colour of the exterior and the shop feels very peaceful and quiet, an oasis. Would definitely recommend, much nicer than the old florist in High Street.

Great selection of flowers and gifts to choose from. Friendly staff and clean and tidy shop. Loved the daffodils growing from the shop front and scarecrow lady.
