It's a head office, I mean what can I say??? What interest would you possibly have there other than buiseness?? Being the CEO of my own enterprise's, my interest here must remain confidential, my apologies. But I can say this is where u get results, if you have a concern, or issue with a 7/11 store, these people are professional and take any arising issues Seriously, I can assure you of that. There is no more that I can say about this service, thumbs up!!

I'm a regular customer in Pakenham. This review relates to lack of information.1. I cannot find coffee quantities anywhere belonging to respective cup sizes. I'm considering buying my own cup for reuse2. 7Eleven should not be asking for an email address before providing enquiring online customers with a delivery charge for the purchase. Personal information should be collected only on a needs-only basis

Bro pls- change the slurpees back to a dollar and also reply to my email, you guys said its 24/7 service but like no it isnt. change the prices back or ill email you everysingle day

The 7-11app constantly does not load and therefore I cannot take advantage of the fuel lock or their offers. This is the only app that I constantly have trouble with. As this is an international company, surely they can afford to get their tech guys to look at their website. Very poor service.

Ate a salad sandwich at 7/11 which was advertised as a salad sandwich, not realising it had pesto causing me to have a anaphylactic allergic reaction. I have called head office multiple times with no call back or answer. Very mad and wanting resolution.

Lying Thieves!! ..Terrible appalling customer service. Under advisement from the manager of a petrol station site I rang up customer service to complain about the fuel pump over charging me ( I hung up the pump handle and the counter kept going). After waiting 30 minutes on hold I spoke with a guy (Sam, I think) and he said he would send a gift card out to reimburse me. ... 6 weeks later and still waiting.. NO REIMBURSEMENT!! Bunch of lying thieves!! I rang up today and was on hold for 50 minutes, then the sound of connecting through happened and a recorded voice said The number you dialed is not in service". I rang the national number (03) 9541 0711 opt. 1 And now they have a disconnected message .. How convenient.. Lying ThievesALL MY COLLEAGUES AND FRIENDS AND FAMILY will hear about this and I will forever promote ANY other petrol station."

Terrible customer service by the woman working this morning at 8:45am 25th June 2022 at Shop 2, 1-5 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. She hung up on me when I called and asked if she could please move the deal ticket displayed in the wrong location on the shelf so other customers aren’t misled and purchase items under the pretense that they are on sale but are actually full price. I called back immediately but she didn’t answer the phone even after 5 attempts. Pathetic employee who should be ashamed of herself. She could have simply apologised and said that she will move the ticket for other customers. Terrible employee!

Superb self service convenience store, just inside the main entrance and turn-right as you enter through the lobby. To self service shop simply download the “7-Eleven Mobile Checkout” App, register your credit card, turn on Bluetooth, and you’re free to shop.When you pickup an item, scan the barcode before you leave the store and the App will automatically process the payment for you. A bright little “Ta dar” will sound when you have made payment.The store is small but has plenty to offer including an ATM, cigarettes and plenty of food items.

Won’t be going back to 7 eleven in officer ,today I wanted to buy a pie with sauce ,at the register was gureet ,I used my smartphone to buy pie the green tick came up on my mobile and then I was told it hadn’t gone thru ,I said it did at my end and even opened up my bank account and it showed minus $ 4.00 ,I tried to show this to gureet didn’t even look and said I had to ring my bank ,gave pie back and said forget itShocking customer service won’t be shopping there no more over a lousy four dollar pieWhat a joke !

I thought i should also write on the Head Office page to let you know of my bad experiencr with your 7-11 Oakleigh South Store.I received the worst service and attitude from Kevin at 7-11 Oakleigh South. I have made 7 visits to 7-11, after which I am able to receive a reward. I went to redeem this (I chose the free Krispy Kreme doughnut). As I do not have mobile data, I screenshot the reward whilst at home on wifi, and showed them to Kevin at the Oakleigh South store. He wouldn’t accept the photos and insisted I pay him $3 for the doughnut which was meant to be free. I found this to be ridiculous. What is the point of a rewards app for customers if it is not even possible to redeem the reward? Kevin’s behaviour was rude and appalling and I would never recommend anyone to that store!They are worth ZERO star!!
