Paid approx. $160 for a broken screen, received it, after using for a couple of hours, screen was back to broken again. Asked for refund/ compensation, nothing was given nor any constructive reason. Wasted my money down the drain.

Dominic runs OSI. I know them for over 10 years. OSI is very reliable in fixing our everyday computer issues. I have given a PC, few laptops and recently an iMac which had speed issues. Dominic did a great job fixing it and it now runs like a new iMac. Charges are quite reasonable.

Needed some motherboard riser screws as I'd misplaced a couple and was upgrading to a newer CPU and Motherboard. OSI were willing to offer me some from their spare collection for no cost at all. Whilst I'm yet to shop with them I can tell that they're a place run by good people and will not hesitate to go there in the future.

Have been buying from OSI since they opened. Found Dominic & Shirley very affable and knowledgeable. Best prices and able to source nearly anything you need. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL........Avoid Dominic at all costs... held my laptop for almost 3 weeks, had to constantly chase up on him and when I finally said I had enough waiting I went to the store to pick it up, he finally admitted he could not fix it....this was after multiple phone calls....when i arrived at the store he looked quite nervous as if he had something to hide.........later upon further inspection I discovered that he had physically broken my laptop and there were multiple scratches on it, I asked him if he had done it but he was being totally dishonest and denied it, despite the fact that he had the device the whole time.
