London Nails

If I could give a 0 star review I would. Filthy, unsanitary and dusty. One of the technicians was consistently coughing in customer’s faces. Used acetone as a manicure soak instead of water. My nails will be damaged for a long time. Do not come here.

I have been going to London Nails for years now & no matter who does my nails they always do a consistent good job. They don’t overcharge here and my SNS & shellac always lasts 3 weeks +They do get very busy during peak times so I suggest booking ahead or be patient and wait!Not sure why there are one star reviews, every time I am in there are always only happy regular customers, I’m sure the negative reviews are from the one off ladies that come in and are rude and demanding to the staff and leave!

The staff here are very lovely! Was chatting with this lady who was doing my nails, and she said she attends courses annually to keep up with the latest fashion and technology. She also creates her own new design all the time, she was so proud as she showing me her latest design for the upcoming summer. Gorgeous people!

I have been coming here regularly to get acrylic with gel. Started off really cheap but as time progressed prices would vary, I didn’t mind though as they used to do a good job. My nails used to always last ages. However recently went here to get may nails done, we agreed on the price before starting. When we started the lady gave me attitude when I asked her to fix a nail bc it was on an angle. Then when we finish tried to over charge me. The nails lasted a week before they started chipping which I came back to get fixed, again got attitude because the top coat was dodgy. 2 days after the fix my nail popped off and I noticed a lot of my nails were lifting. I called and when speaking to the man it was implied they would fix for free again, even when talking the ladies before they started I assumed it would be free as I did state that I know they’re busy and if it’s easier they can just remove and give partial refund but they insisted on doing them. Towards the end the lady said she would charge for refill only, then said $50. I would have been fine paying if my nails looked seamless and how I wanted except they didn’t, they didn’t even look like they did before, the shapes completely different, the colour streaky, and the top coat is patchy. I’m really disappointed as I used to love the service they provided

Great quality work for super reasonable prices. I actually paid extra for the time and effort spent on my talons because it was money well earned....Acrylic & gel stiletto style with two feature nails. Unfortunately the language barrier didn't need to be a barrier, her English was perfect when she chose to converse, I had to drop a star for that. Hey, I still gave her a tip for her work but customer service is important.

I have visited quite a few times but lately try to avoid if i can. If getting pampered or having a relaxed experience is what you are after please go somewhere else. Since the place gets busy due to being in the shopping centre and customers just ignore the chaotic experience and just go there, the owner / workers don’t much care about customer service. They are poliet enough i guess i have not had an almost rude experience but i have always felt rushed ignored. They will yell out and talk and laugh in their own language at anytime during the service, walk away to work on another customer half way through touching the other customer’s feet or hands while touching yours, attend reception etc. God forbid if you find their work unsatisfactory they will sulk or look upset. I once had to ask the therapist to reapply an extra coat since it did not look good. If you tell them you are after both a mani and pedi they will almost always do your manicure standing while you are getting the pedicure by another therapist which sucks just to save time and a seat. So I ususally never say I came for both lol. Get the pedi first, then ask for a manicure and sit properly and get it done like how it should be. There are few other spas inside the shopping centre on all floors so attend one of those is what i do these days if i can avoid. Believe me they don’t care if you come back or not.

Got a face wax and the person doing burnt my face with the wax. They then had the audacity to charge me for it. Am still trying to get the marks to stop burning. Please don't go here if you want to leave without being scarred.

very low quality gel nail polish & clumsy work, i had shellac gel on fingers. my gel polish started peeling on the 8th day! Never will i go here again. also the price is $5 more than other places, mere rip off.

I had a manicure with just a polish. No sns or shellac. Paint job on my nails is dreadful. 1st coat streaky and 2nd coat doesn't cover whole nail. You can see the 1st coat under it. I feel the service was rushed as was only a basic manicure and polish. Salon is also dirty.
