The customer service was great - delivered as expected and the service helpdesk helped me change the delivery address just in time, but receiving the actual bouquet was underwhelming and for what I paid. Flower arrangement was average and the jar and card was all average. Not worth the money.

Loved the sentiment and thought of a birthday pack but the flowers were near dead when they arrived with 2 rose heads broken and this is the state of them 3 days after arrival. They were diar to begin with. Sadly I would not recommend for the price.

Gift received - beautiful thought from beautiful friends but I feel they'd be pretty upset at the state of the bunch.....squashed, bruised, discoloured petals and even the leaves were droopy. Not able to recommend.

Ordering flowers and gift packages from interstate is always a test. Test to find a florist 'in the area' and in this particular instance test to find someone who provided the 'add ons' that I really wanted. LYLY had everything that I wanted. Including some VERY speedy and helpful email advice (on a Sunday afternoon), prior to ordering, from Maggie. A 'complete package' from my very first 'help' enquiry. Would not hesitate to recommend. DEFINITELY 5 STARS!
