Wedding flowers had me confused and stressed before I contacted flowers alley! Lyna was amazing to deal with and so helpful! Working within our budget, physically showing me different flowers and flexible with new concepts I asked for.From the last minute bouquet request to the many many emails they were so lovely and easy to deal with! The flowers were exactly what we imagined!

I ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday in ‘Autumn Vibe’ as a Florist’s choice arrangement. A beautiful arrangement was delivered to her and I’m so happy with how it looks and the service provided. Also an addon was unavailable and the customer service team were lovely enough to call to let me know and arrange an alternative. Extremely grateful and will definitely use Flowers Alley again! Excellent customer service. Lyna was so helpful and pleasant to talk to. The recipients (the new Mum & Dad) were absolutely thrilled and delighted in the flowers and Teddy. The delivery charge was half the cost of most others. Would highly recommend them. Wendy
