Had an amazing facial and massage with Stacey. I've been to quite a few places and nothing compared to the experience I had with Stacey at Lotus. Thank you for making me feel absolutely amazing. I will be coming back again soon.

Got my Lash extensions done and by far the best I have ever had. Don’t even feel like they are there. Great service and friendly staff and great result. Will be going back. I got a relaxing package with Stacey. And oh boy that was gold. The products felt great on my skin with nice subtle smell and Stacey was amazing. Seriously she has a soft and relaxing touch exactly what I was looking for. 100% worth it. On the not so great side the rooms are pretty small and functional, like in not pretty, but not ugly either. The ceiling could really do with some pretty up though. Anyway, I had a great time, will come back.

I used to come here pretty often but stopped because I felt the service had dropped. Went in today for eyebrow and upper lip wax to give them another chance. Nothing good has changed unfortunately, the beautician wasnt friendly and seemed like she didn't want to be there. Simple things like asking how are you or what have you got planned for today make people feel welcomed, instead I felt like I was a bother to be there. Also felt like my appointment was rushed eyebrow and lip wax in 5 minutes, (even attempted to take off wax when it wasnt set) regardless if shes quick at her job it's nice to feel someone's taken the time to put care into their service for you. Sorry to say I won't be back.

I come here regularly for eyebrow wax, tint, lash lift and tans. the girls are absolutely fabulous in what they do and always feel great after such a pampering session there! Also the owner Cherie introduced me to some amazing products by Thalgo, my skin routine is so much better now and my skin is literally glowing. ! 100% recommend this place to everyone, especially if you feel the need to be pampered for the day. Thanks girls!

Was given a voucher for mother's Day. Back and shoulder massage. Great massage, felt lovely and relaxed when I left. Beauty salon is lovely and clean. Nice fluffy towels.
