I USUALLY DON’T WRITE NEGATIVE REVIEWS FOR ANY BUSINESS.I recently had a very unpleasant experience with Petrusma Property Management and their property manager, Asha Gill. I feel it is important to share my experience to warn others about their rude and unethical practices.I rented a place in Warrane, which was already around 60-70 years old and had not been renovated at all. Despite this, I decided to rent it and took great care of the property throughout my lease. When the lease ended, I made sure to get all the required cleaning done by professionals, including carpet cleaning, grass maintenance, and general property cleaning.To my surprise, after the lease had expired, the next day property manager called me and rudely demanded proof of cleaning within a ridiculously short timeframe of 10 minutes at the time I was not even home.Despite the inconvenience, I managed to provide the required proof promptly. However, I received no response from them after that.Two weeks later, I received an email from my bond informing me that I had been charged an additional $485 for cleaning. This was extremely frustrating and confusing since I had already paid a total of approximately $640 for all the necessary cleaning services.I am deeply disappointed with Petrusma Property Management and the unprofessional behavior of their property manager, Asha Gill. Their lack of communication and unjustified charges have left a negative impression on me. I expected better customer service and fair treatment as a tenant.I strongly advise potential renters to be cautious when dealing with Petrusma Property Management and to thoroughly document all interactions and payments. It is essential to protect your rights as a tenant and ensure you are not subjected to similar unfair treatment.

Great property managers. I've rented from Petrusma twice now, and both times have been very easy. Their staff are always friendly, helpful, and responsive.
