Disgusting customer service from the receptionists. Each time I've called they are unhelpful and just plain rude. What a joke, this was going to be our new GP but I've decided not to based on the receptionist.

My partner has been in pain for months and after finally getting him to see a doctor after not being able to work for a week he was treated with nothing but contempt. He was basically sent away with the instructions to take two panadol. As us women know men nearly have to be dying to see a doctor. I’m so upset at the way my partner was treated. (And not treated). Will be taking him to Ipswich hospital to receive real medical care. If you want to see a doctor who actually cares about their patient don’t go here.

2+ hour wait for a script, early in the day too.

the reception is really bad they finally see you standing directly in front of them one is on the phone the other THREE chatting then no apology you just get an eye roll as if how am I ment to know you were waiting.... well I wouldn't be standing at the counter looking at you. Unbelievable honestly people these days should be ashamed of their attitudes grownups to makes it way worse

Never answer the phones, the reception staff are rude. Doctors not too bad but the reception staff honestly just ruin it. I Try avoid going there as much as possible unless im desperate only been a couple times. Mainly also cause you VERY rarely get hold of them.

People sit on here and complain about long wait times yet will complain of the doctor isn't taking time to listen. You can not have it all!!Yes sometimes the wait is longer than desired but I know that they have been taking extra time with patients and when its my turn they will take that extra time to hear me out too. So im happy to wait!These doctors are wonderful, trying their best and the reception staff are gems. They are just trying to please everyone but guess theres not doing that.Keep up the good work guys!

I have not received better medical care anywhere. Dr Kazal Dewan has been doing some pretty amazing skin cancer surgery on my face... involving significant skin grafts from my neck to my nose, ear and cheek with great results. They are barely noticeable. The nursing staff are good at their craft too and the admin girls are friendly and accommodating. As a seventy year old, I have faced my share of medical problems and this practice is up there with the best and that includes major hospitals. We can be proud that as a small country town, we are so well looked after. Thank you to all and to the support of our government who covers the cost of it. Top marks!

Pathetic took my 82 year old dad there chest infection, heart failure and cancer, they had a cancellation but would not see him because he was not from here, worst service ever

I’ve never written a review for a place in my life but the way I was treated at this place was disgusting. I saw 3 doctors here. I saw Dr Parithipan and Dr Paul O’neil they both talked to me in a robotic voice and treated me like I wasn’t human and was very rude to me. I then changed doctors again and saw dr Kirsty she was also VERY unpleasant towards me. I was having panic attacks over and over and over again, coughing up lots of mucus and blood and instead of being understanding like a doctor should they didn’t help me at all. After seeing three doctors and being treated the way I was, I went to the Marburg stellar medical centre and saw Dr Bryan Wong and he helped me a lot. He was kind, understanding gave me medication and talked me through everything. The young receptionist was also very rude, she would give me eyerolls, super unprofessional and would speak to me in a nasty tone, for no reason.Absolutely do not go to these doctors!!!

Went here the other day. I booked for 4:20pm and called to let them know I was 5min late… to find out my appointment was actually for 4:50pm… even though I was told 4:20pm on the phone when I booked!I arrived before other patients… they were seen before I was with the same doctor.So I waited anyway.I explained to the doctor what symptoms I have. And she kept asking a stupid question. I felt belittled. I only went there for the issue I experienced, she asked me about my health history then told me I should’ve booked for a longer consult?! I was the last one in the waiting room. Standard consults are 10 minutes and she said this only 3min into my appointment.Why is it so hard to find good doctors these days?After the appointment, I was left with no possible answers or diagnosis and was told to take pain killers… yeah duh. Been doing that already. 3 days on and I still have a swollen neck.No wonder it took 8 fricking years to diagnose me with endometriosis.
