RIP OFF!Was charged $110 today ($55 more than the advertised rate of $65) - for a standard car wash and interior on my vw golf.He kept repeating that pet hair is present and requires an extra fee and saying that wiping the dust off the dash is not included in the standard price. It was very obvious he was just out to make extra money.I saw that the card transaction description on my bank statement was “westpoint Volkswagen” which is also very disappointing if they are responsible for this shifty business model.I definitely will never return!

wow!! i am amazed with how great my experience at star car wash was. my client had thrown up all over my car interior and they went above and beyond to deep clean my full interior. they were very friendly and made my not so good day, just that but better. i definitely would use them again in the future as well as recommend to my family and friends.

These guys make up the charge each time you go in. Last time I went in, they charged $74 something (approx) saying the car had bugs on bonnet and needed premium wash"

I paid over $100 just to have a wash and vacuum.My wheels are still pretty dirty, windows are streaky, my 11 year old could have done a better job especially for $100!!! Very quick service but now I know why, job totally rushed and overpriced. Feel very ripped off.

Paid for the top tier & most expensive service and made clear it was a pre-sale detail, after driving away noticed numerous streaks & chrome not polished (wiped & left cloudy). The interior vinyl, leather seats & carpets all came up nice but they need to improve their quality control. I probably won't come back.

I was very impressed, I paid $160 for an interior shampoo and vacuum, and he was so kind and informed me of how to best protect my freshly cleaned car afterward from getting bad smells & wetness. Highly recommend Star Car Wash at Indooroopilly. They were very professional and happy to help with the extra interior detailing. Everything was explained thoroughly and my car now looks, feels and smells like new! We had some pretty heavy marks on the backseats from children, and they were able to have them looking near new again. I really appreciated being told that it was cheaper for me to get cash out, rather than paying by card as there is a surcharge. Will definitely be going back!

When I dropped my car off and explained that I had white vegan seats and soap shouldn't be used the attendant told me that they know how to handle vegan leather and that they usually don't touch them at all because they don't want to be held liable for any damage caused by abrasives or soaps.I appreciated his honesty and knowledge and accepted that I will need to clean the seats myself.When I collected the car the seats were sparklingly clean, as was the rest of the car. Huge improvement from my last visit to a star car wash.
