We tried on a pair of shoes but decided not to purchase as we could get them 50dollars cheaper on line and more colour choices. I was told “well thanks for putting small business like us out of business”. I told her we buy from small businesses who have moved on line. She muttered something and we left. If she had said “ well how about we give you a discount? “ that might have swayed us. As it was we leave more determined to leave bricks and mortar stores to their fate who offer exactly the same product as on line.

This is a fantastic shoe shop with fabulous customer service. I have been going to this shop for a few years as the staff are so patient finding and fitting shoes to my small very slim feet which makes buying shoes online impossible. They have a great range of shoes at good prices and I thoroughly recommend them.

A big thank you to the wonderful staff at Imeldas Shoes in Maleny. I have difficult feet requiring orthotics and need to be fitted properly something I definitely would not risk with online shopping. Give me this old fashioned friendly service any day. Well done ladies!!!!

This is one of the best shoe shops I’ve ever been to, I have a large foot and they cater for me, the shoes are top quality, and their prices are up there, but you get what you pay for, amazing range and they helpful staff will order in anything they haven’t got in stock, not to be missed on a trip to Maleny
