I bought the harness, collar and lead from Safely Secured two months ago. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase.And if all that wasn’t enough, the service provided by Matt at Safely Secured is unbelievable. He responds quickly to every problem, has sent me out a couple of small items as fast as he can and even for free, and is the only seller of an item I’ve ever encountered who actually records a personal thank-you video for everyone who buys one of his products. It’s almost worth buying the products for this alone!I love Safely Secured and tell all my friends about it. One of the best products I’ve ever bought.

Purchased a harness and lead for my Pomeranian but had some issues with sizing and so I contacted Matt the founder.Matt was extremely friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to help me with my order and swapped us for another option.The collar, harness and leash are very well made and light included instructions on how to set up combination looks are helpfulI can’t wait to use the collar and leash with my dog when I take her to the supermarket for a walk.Thank you Matt

Brilliant idea and great product! I was always worried leaving my baby girl outside shops so she would get left home when I knew I had to go into places. This solves that problem and gives me more peace of mind! Additionally the service was second to none, best experience I have had with an online retailer. Highly recommend!!

When I couldn’t find anywhere in the UK that hadn’t sold out of all dog protection from theft equipment, I had to look much further afield. I found SafelySecured in Australia that had a range of anti theft leads and harnesses. What a relief - my dog is a PAT dog, (Pets As Therapy) and as every dog owner knows, theft of a beloved dog would rip out your heart if stolen.First I ordered a harness and shorter lead. Sadly the harness was too large, I returned that, and am waiting for the smaller sized harness to be produced. The shorter lead was great for when my friend takes Belle out for shorter walks on foot. I use a power chair, it was just a bit to short for me to use keeping Belle safely away from my wheels, so I ordered the longer lead as soon as I could. I am so glad that I did. It is brilliant!I can lock the lead around my wrist using the combination lock, so that her lead can’t be snatched from my grasp. This lead is so versatile, and can be used multiple ways.Matt, the owner of Safely secured, could not have been more pleasant to deal with. The short video chats are a very nice touch! Matt is very responsive, friendly, and helpful.I am now hoping that the smaller harness - which is still being manufactured - arrives soon to make Belle completely theft proof! Thanks Matt!! X

Great product, small price to pay for peace of mind when ducking off to the shops or the gym. Matt is a great guy also, our dog is in between sizes and after the first one being too loose, he immediately sent another one so we can choose the one with the best fit. Just hands down amazing customer service. Keep up the good work Matt :)

Safely Secured is a fantastic product. We became owners of our 2 Covid critters last year and I purchased harnesses and leads for them before they were fully grown. When we finally were able to travel we found that Minnie, our chunky monkey Jack Russell, has out grown her harness.I contacted Matt, and fortunately for us, he had produced extra size options.. After returning the too small option, he sent out 2 for us to try and now we have the perfect fit.What a pleasure doing business with Matt. Extremely professional, quick response (even whilst on holiday!) and a brilliant product.

I absolutely love this harness, I was too scared to leave Digby outside any shops after he was nearly taken, I saw a great write up in the paper about this harness and lead and ordered immediately, the price was fantastic for the quality and safety, once I received my harness, it was too small (Digby is an XL Border Collie) and I contacted Matt and he actually drove to Prahran to swap over, great customer service.

Absolutely incredible product. Amazing quality, great service and fit is perfect. Would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends, I know can take my best fur friend with me everywhere without fear. Makes things so much easier and never have to worry about keeping her in the car with windows open. The harness lives in the car and we have used it everyday. Matt is the epitome of customer service - perhaps the best I’ve ever witnessed with a video message, texting communication, fit questions and exchanges.Do not hesitate to splurge and get this for your BFF you will not regret it

Great customer service - a small problem was resolved with a smile and very quickly. I live in an area where dog theft is very high but now with this lead and harness I have comfort securely leaving my dog outside shops during our daily walks..

I recently bought two items from Safely Secured, a lead and harness. The processing and and delivery was done quickly and efficiently. I received them in just a few days. Each product was made with strength in mind. I cannot imagine anyone being able to cut through the lead or the harness easily. The metal clips on the lead are certainly not lightweight but strong. Just be careful when changing the codes. The numbers run vertically along the same lines as the clip. This is not made clear in the instructions. However, the customer service I received when dealing with this minor problem was absolutely wonderful! My emails were always answered quickly, the service was always friendly, and with understanding and patience.I cannot recommend the products, or the company in Australia more highly!
