Such an amazing inclusive community! Love that training environment is all about supporting each other, makes going to the gym enjoyable.I thought that I wouldn’t be fit enough for CrossFit but the coaches have been amazing at providing different exercise options to cater to my current level of fitness including some variations for my prior injuries.Definitely the best money I’ve spent for a gym membership.

Jodie, Adam l, Keera, Sash and the Crossfit Coaching Team are amazing. They are all encouraging and patient and are there to guide your through ever step of your fitness journey. The Crossfit / Superfit Warragul community are all friendly and encouraging and workouts are challenging with lots of variety an le mixed with lots of fun and laughter. It is tough at the beginning, especially if you aren’t fit, but if you put on the effort and persevere you will reap the rewards. Give it a try!!!
