Had DNS on my nails. Asked them to remove and out on normal polish. The assistant didn't talk much and her supervisor had to interpret. I thought my request was simple. Unfortunately when she removed the previous polish, she sanded my nail beds so harshly that I now have paper thin nails which keep on peeling away. The photo shows the pink nails with the whiter grow-back. The normal nail polish she eventually put on was old and didn't dry properly after an hour. The next day, I had to buy nail polish remover to take off the poorly applied polish. Sooo disappointed with service and experience.

Place was very poor. Drove over from Glen Innes, had road works along the way, rang them when I had enough service to call, and realised I was late. They then refused to proceed with my appointment because I was late due to circumstances I could not control. Asians where very rude to me about it. Will not be going back! Absolutely disgusting behaviour from what are ment to be professionals.
