Went there today to look for Christmas gifts. Joanna was very friendly and greeted me as soon as she noticed. She was very helpful and had great product knowledge. Very happy with my visit today.

Went into the Burwood store today 8/11/20 the girls working around 3:20 today were rude and the first girl that served us was so pushy. There was also a promotion on offer but the girl wouldn’t give us the free gift so we just left the store.

I love my l'occitane products. I went in to buy a new body moisturiser. I walked out with shampoo and conditioner as well. You can't help but buy more adding to your range due to the high quality and effectiveness of their products. This was my first time in this store (I normally buy online), and I would go back again for future purchases. There was only one staff working, however, she got to everyone promptly, was welcoming and friendly. You'll also walk away with free samples as a bonus touch.
