Mark is our goto man if we have any appliance issues. We had him recently fixed our oven that had died. Always prompt, knowledgable and honest He has even helped me over the phone for a blockage we had in the dishwasher saving me a callout fee! Would recommend to anyone.

Mark was very honest and gave all inputs on how to fix my problem cost effective and of quality though he couldn’t do because of his busy schedule. Rare to find people like Mark when technician mostly starts first about their call out charges.

DO NOT USEThe worst service, expensive and incorrectly repaired.I had my washing machine repaired by Mark late last year. Took ages for the part to come in. No communication only on my behalf. Eventually comes to install part and makes a huge fuss about it. Creates terrible atmosphere. I thought the repair looked wrong but I'm not a professional so left it. What a mistake! Just had Bosch out to repair my machine as the repair from Mark was incorrect and damaged my machine. Bosch repairer had to redo the original repair and also repair damage. I paid for parts only as he advised I was ripped of by Mark.

Mark is a true gentleman. We bought a brand new Haier cooktop from 2nds appliances sevenhills, burners weren't working and waited for 3 weeks and they asked to call a plumber ourselves we rang multiple people before calling Mark. Everyone sent their pricing message, but Mark was very empathetic he understood our issue, and he advised a few troubleshooting tips, which helped 2 burners to work, and he also helped us speak with the shop owner for a fix. Moreover, he didn't charge a penny. When all others were talking about their charges, Mark was talking about the issue. He even called the next day to see how we were going. Mark is a true gem. Any appliance issue Mark is the person.

After a bit on research, and based on the number of positive reviews I read, I contacted Home Applicance Repairs to assist with a damaged thermostat on my Ilve oven. Mark was very helpful over the phone, and managed to fix the problem that afternoon, and even pointed me in the right direction for a few replacement lenses for the oven lights as well.I don't often leave online reviews (good or bad), but in this case a positive review is warranted. Mark wad first to call back on Saturday. Mark was generous with his time, knowledge and advise which helped me over the needed hurdle and gave me confidence to have one last go at fixing the problem on which i had started working by myself.
