Fantastic relaxing experience. I did a couples sauna and float, which was a great way to connect for a couple of hours. All the amenities are clean and well kept. Calm and peaceful vibe in the relaxation area. I would recommend for a different kind of date!

I once again had the pleasure of Liz as my massage therapist at City Cave Balgowlah. Liz is exceptional at finding and releasing all areas of tension. Her massage will leave your body relaxed with a fizzy, tingling sensation, and you'll feel renewed and invigorated. I highly recommend Liz — her massages are just amazing!

Very positive experience and service! Massage was extremely relaxing. Float is not my cup of tea but I'd still rate it highly for people who will like the facilities.

Such a relaxing oasis! High quality saunas, always set up perfectly with fluffy white bath towels, sparkling water and iPads to watch tv etc. Staff are always very professional, helpful and set the calm tone for your relaxation. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We had the full couple package and loved it. I asked for a bit of help with coordinating the booking for the 3 different sessions via email upfront and the team changed it to make sure it’ll work out. We did it as per recommendation on the website - sauna, float, massage. Slippers / robes / towels / shower products were provided. Tea and water in the relax room were great. Getting changed is a bit annoying (at least in winter), heavy clothes and trainers have to go into a small bag that is provided in your first session room and you have to carry it with you as you move from session to session plus we had a backpack with us - it was a bit uncomfortable to move all the bags with us, a locker for shoes + jackets would have been amazing

My first ever couples float was absolutely amazing. Right from the start, the Balgowlah staff were extremely helpful and reassuring.On arrival , we were greeted and shown a quick video which helped explain the float process and alleviate any hygiene questions we had. Our room was warm and comfortable and the hour float went so quickly. The sensory deprivation and floating sensation was strange at first, but then it did not take long to submit to the relaxing ambience and just appreciate the letting go into full relaxation. We choose to have music for the first and kast 19 mins which was nice. We loved it so much we booked another 3 floats. Alissa

Our couples sauna, float and massage experience was amazing. The staff were kind and accommodating, the location is easy to find and park, the facility is clean and the atmosphere was perfect for our relaxing morning. Would definitely recommend and return.

The staff on arrival are very welcoming & provide you with everything you want to get started. The space is relaxing & personal. Infrared rooms are well kitted out with a shower, towel, iPad & water. The float tank experience is amazing - music, warmth, you feel weightless & out of any time constraint with an hour to fully immerse in this experience.. A fully relaxed refreshing Friday evening treat!
