Absolute beach front apartments.4th time we have stayed here, bottom level, room 4 is stunning.Always excellent service. Lots of convenient parking.

We had a wonderful stay here with John and Dorris, the owners, who made us feel very at home and went out of their way to make sure we had a nice time. Our apartment was spacious, clean and had beautiful views overlooking Lammermoor beach (see photos). The sofa was also REALLY comfy. Would give more ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️if I could!

Great little spot, spent 2 weeks here while I was working in Yeppoon. John was very accommodating, and both he and Dorris are very very friendly and helpful.Rooms are very clean and newly refurbished inside.You can hear the waves at night, as it's right across from the beach.

Beautiful rooms with ocean views and the sound of waves! Wake in the morning to sunrise over the ocean, enjoyed from the private balcony. The decor is simple but elegant, with small touches around the room to ensure there is a warmth and homeliness to it. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for a short stay. Water pressure in the shower was great!Most important, however, is the incredible service and friendliness of the manager. She truly made us feel so welcome - here is a person that actually cares that you have a good stay!The perfect balance of personal and professionalism, this is some of the best customer service I've come across. We definitely intend on coming back :)

Yeppoon was completely booked so got a room here and was very pleasantly surpirised. Absolutely loved the room - was furnished and decorated beautifully, and had everything we needed. Was like a little home away from home, could've definitely stayed longer and will most certainly be back.

Great location, helpful staff good value

No hot water the whole stay. Room was clean but access is limited. Not wheelchair or limited abled friendly at all. Very overpriced compared to other places in the area. The view is good but it’s a bit of a hike to Yeppoon esplanade

Great views, all the rooms have a balcony directly facing Lammermore beach, clean and tidy, comfy beds, and friendly staff.

Unbelievably great customer service from the couple running the place. Couldn't be more helpful or friendly. Room was great - spacious, clean and had great view. Top floor gets plenty exercise with stairs but worth the climb for the view.
