I,ve been meaning to do a review for some time now. 6 years ago we wandered into Top Fit Flooring Xtra Annerley to purchase flooring planks. Leon was very patient as we looked at different options. While there was no pressure to select any particular product, after listening to our preferences and viewing our furniture style, Leon suggested some quality vinyl planks which were a little left field to the style we were looking at. Six years later we couldn’t be happier with the service, price or flooring we purchased. It still looks as good today as it did when it was laid. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for new flooring!!!

Aerron and the A Team did an amazing job. Excellent experience from first call out to installation. Aqua Stone hybrid flooring looks fantastic. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

End product was good but the service/communication was an absolute joke. The invoice was never sent out/received so job was not started on the date promised. They promised to change the install date to get the same carpet installer to fix vinyl in one visit. When the installer arrived we discussed having the vinyl replaced with the installer and we picked all the vinyl tiles that we wanted replaced and it was agreed that they would be replaced. The installer completed his carpeting job and said sorry Leon has pulled me onto another job so I can’t finish the vinyl replacement works as it’s out of scope, which was a surprise to me as we discussed getting the works done with Leon (the owner) on the same day. It wasn’t until i called Leon (who seems very unorganised and seems to be juggling a fireman job while running a business) to find out that the guy that was supposed to come out who had the skills for both carpet and vinyl laying had called in sick, yet nothing was communicated to me. Also, the guy that laid our carpet was in training and ruined all our freshly painted skirtings and marked some of our walls. I made the owner aware of the damage and never heard back from him until money was owed a week later. The owner didn’t even bring up the paint issue all they wanted was payment. I must say Mark was very good to deal with the entire time. There are so many other things wrong with this company, just stay away if you are wanting a smooth experience. To be fair, their intentions were good but Leon dropped the ball multiple times when it came to communication and project management. Seems he was very consumed with other things and as a customer I didn’t feel he cared at all, he only seemed to care when it came to sales and getting paid.

Great experience from a range of carpets/colours to chose from to a friendly, professional and knowledgable salesperson (Warren) to a great price to a wonderful couple of installers who did a fantastic job in not just laying the carpet but assisting with the moving around of furniture. Highly recommend Top Fit Flooring Xtra.

Absolutely amazing! My partner and I are so in love with our new hybrid floors and carpet. Everything matches so well and it was incredibly nice of Aerron and his team to lend us the hybrid floor sample so we could match other household items with the new floors before they were installed. It was super quick and easy to get a free consultation quote and the team kept to the promised dates for installation. Highly recommend such a knowledgeable and helpful team of experts for your next floor renovations!

This is the second time we have purchased our timber flooring from Leon and the team at Top Fit Flooring Xtra and we couldn’t be happier with the service or flooring we purchased. Highly recommend them if you are in the market for new flooring!!!

Had an amazing experience with David and his team. He was prompt, helpful and super quick! Floors look amazing and we couldn't be happier.

Great disappointing.I gave my house's 4 room and one living room carpet replacement job to this company unluckily. They asked for %50 payment in order and %50 after finishing the job. I paid %50 payment at once. They said the job would be done 9th of November. Today is the 3rd of December but still hasn't been done. They came many times but always left some jobs behind. The staff during laying carpet broke floor tiles also damaged the walls. To top it all off they asked me very often the rest amount payment although they haven't finished the job. The new carpets have some problems but they still haven't solved them. Beware not to be involved with this company if you don't want a great headache.

Faultless service from quote through to installation. Communication, advice, timeliness and the installation were excellent. Price was great. Thoroughly recommend.
