Everyone there at Waurn Ponds Petstock Vet were welcoming, friendly, caring and Indi & I were made to feel part of the family.During the initial vaccination consult with Krystal, Indi was treated with care & respect, and I was made to feel part of the team in assisting, holding her on the table while the vax were given and nails trimmed.Upon a quick dental check, it was found that there were two teeth that needed attention and subsequent extraction. Krystal was professional and gave me a detailed estimate with any possible variations that may occur.On the day of surgery, check in was quick & efficient and all possibilities explained by Krystal. I left Indi there in confidence that she would be looked after with the utmost care.Upon collection of Indi during the day, Krystal explained that she would get Rall to go though the discharge procedure to aid in her training. Both girls were in on the discussion along with Indi and loving care & attention was given to Indi throughout it. The account was gone through showing the itemisation, and was processed quickly.Rall was very thorough, caring & professional in her explanation and instructions, and again, I left feeling satisfied and confident that all was well.With this latest visit, along with many previous visits there, I would thoroughly recommend taking pets there for any veterinary needs, as they seem to know there stuff and demonstrate a caring attitude towards the pets brought in, along with their owners.Phil Thomson.

Great service. My dog groomed beautifully. Very happy

Despite having to cancel my puppy's grooming session due to a power outage, he was seen within 5 days later. Being his first groom the staff were very supportive and answered all my questions. It was clear that he had a lovely first experience.he ce out with more energy than when he went in, he loves his new look. Will be sure to take him back.

Our experience with the Petstock Vets, has been very positive. The support we received when it was necessary to have our 15 y.o. cat put to sleep, will always be appreciated. They made a very painful time, a gentle and calm experience for Coco and us.We feel very confident entrusting the continued care of our dog with the Vets at Petstock Waurnponds.
