I was a walk-in to Shazzam and was assisted by Carolyn.I was treated so respectfully and at no point felt pressured to purchase any thing. Carolyn took the time to go through many dresses with me, and staying back after close to ensure my favourites were added to the system.I have already told many people about my wonderful experience at Shazzam.Thank you

This place was my savior! I had limited time and I frantically rang around and a lovely lady on the other end told me not to worry book an appointment and they will help me any way they can! So I did just that and was assisted by a lovely lady named Carolyn. I thought I knew what I wanted and she suggested things I thought I would never wear but she said just give it a go you never know! And I ended up picking the exact dress she suggested would look amazing on me and I said was exactly I wouldn't wear! They know what they are talking about and are so polite, patient and helpful! Make sure you try on dresses you wouldn't think you would like or be open to other options, I loved my dress and they did everything they could to help me get the size closest enough for me to have altered to fit perfectly. I was in love with my dress it was perfect and I'm so grateful to these lovely ladies there who helped me! My alterations were done by Alex and she did the most wonderful job it was perfect in every way! Definitely try this place first!

We had the most wonderful experience at Shazzam. Jenny was so friendly and helpful. The shop was absolutely spotless, nice atmosphere and smelt great too. Huge range of dress to try on and even some to buy off the rack. So very glad we came out to Shazzam and I found my dream dress.

A friend and I both went there to look for formal dresses. Alyssa and Jemma were both so helpful and patient. They answered all our questions and gave us lots of advice. I ended up getting a beautiful yellow dress because of Jemma, and a friend tried on lots of great options she loved with Alyssa. Would definitely recommend!
