Conveyancing Now NSW is highly recommended. We have been on the market to buy and sell for a year and Karina was brilliant throughout the simultaneous settlement process. She read many contracts of properties we were interested and the important information was broken down into easy to read advice with recommendations and assisted in amending contracts so it is more in our favour as the buyer. As the seller she dealt with our real estate agent and the many prospective buyers. Karina made a stressful process that much more easier and was always easily contactable (and if not coz she was busy, she would respond as quick as she could). Buying and selling can be a mine field but Karina knowledge, experience and patience, we were always in safe hands.
