Horrendous company to deal with.Customer service is non existent.Mistakes after mistakes.Incorrect details on file.False promise after false promise. Say they will call you back with a date but never.Didn’t even show up to the appointment.Stay away.

Our shelving installed by Jeldwen fell out of the wall before it was even used. The repair was booked for 30th April, where Jye turned up to take some pictures and then left. The following week when I chased them I was told I would have the next available appointment but no date given. I received a message days later to set a repair date on the 13th on which no one showed up. I'm now told it will be on the 18th May.Never was an appointment confirmed as their text indicated, no courtesy calls regarding rescheduling and obviously no commons sense.0/5 - do not use.

Absolutely deplorable after-sales service from an organisation that requires 100% payment up front.Less than a week after the shower screen was installed, it started leaking from the middle section under the door. It started as a small dribble but quickly became large enough to render the shower unusable.Regency was contacted on the 18/04/2023 regarding this matter with no response until three phone calls were made. I was told to earliest booking date was early to mid May (which is unacceptable for an urgent warranty repair).Regency then found an earlier date. The repairer came but at a time they knew nobody was going to be home, with no alternative time slot available saying “someone was home last time”.I have since made at least five phone calls wanting to speak to management, being promised a phone call back but never actually receiving one (all while my shower is held together by tape to stop the leak).Fed up with Regency’s disgusting response for an urgent warranty claim; I made other arrangements through a third party to have the issue rectified. This repairer stated Regency only one thin strip of silicone on the OUTER edge of the door frame (instead of both sides).Save your money, and use anyone but a Jeld-Wen backed company that can’t guarantee their install, while only offering service and repair on their very relaxed terms.

Terrible customer service - difficult to contact - waiting on a refund.

This review is based solely on honest opinion. Shower screens need repair/servicing and after approximately 1 month since the initial request for service, we repeatedly get texts the night before with dates that suit them only, and the job is still not completed. Appalling customer service!

Terrible customer services from Jeldwen/regency.No one communicates Cleary , have been dealing with a warranty issue since November 2022 , been speaking to 4 different people who have no contact with each other so no body knows what’s going on.The install overall was absolutely terrible to only be told “ it won’t get much better then this “ ..now waiting for them to come out the second time to fix and remove the door for safety reasons.I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.Very disappointed

Absolutely no customer service!!Had wardrobes booked to be installed today. Took the day off work for it. Phoned a week in advance to confirm they would definitely be completed and was advised it was booked in. Nobody phones or bothers to turn up on the day - I phone and ask where they are and am told the wardrobes haven't been made yet. Useless.

Do yourself a favour and simply AVOID these guys.It took 2 months for two wardrobes to get installed. Countless delays first to get the timber and parts, then on the first visit, the fitter realised the guy who had taken the measurements didn’t take accurate measures and could only install one of the wardrobes only. So we arranged to work from home one day the week after and got a call 30 minutes after the time the fitter was supposed to get there only to find out his car had broken down. Exact same thing happened the next day and finally on the third day, I get a call saying the car is good to go but the fitter is sick. They however had another guy come but he rocked up WITHOUT A DRILL! And to top it off had to go to Bunnings which took him an hour return because he didn’t have enough screws. This company is made up of a bunch of complete amateurs. This is just a quick summary of some of the issues I have but is only the tip of the iceberg. This could go on for pages!Just DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!
