He appeared to know that part of the world well, and the buying market even better. I found his insight and advice invaluable. He also set me up with an excellent renovator and property stager so that the unit looked very appealing to potential buyers. Added to that, Frank is a very relaxed and friendly chap, yet never less than professional in his approach to the transaction….a pleasure to work with.
