How many people did it take to fill a script? Apparently 6. 5 doing nothing - so good luck getting served. I was told there were 5 people ahead of me, which probably included the 2 who came in after me and were given their prescriptions first. Would give less stars if possible. This is the first time I have ever given a bad review, but this place and their sister store are worth it.

Great place to wait as there's plenty to look at. However not sure how some people get around with walkers etc as it's a bit cramped.

Absolutely disgusting service and an absolute rip off. I wanted a script early but was told we can't give you this before this date. No questions asked as to why i needed my life saving medication just told new rules due to covid. I asked my doctor about this, and hw said rubbish. You are entitled to a month in advance. I will now drive to Mackay and use chemist warehouse, A. Because they are way cheaper, B because they are always so friendly. And small businesses wonder why they stuggle.

Why is it being a country town we get slugged exorbitant price for our scripts 25doll more for hep a+typhoid needle. 13 doll more for vertigo tablets and list goes on. its no wonder we will shop around if time permits for better price guarantee. We need competition. .. The staff I cannot fault .lousy prices. ...

I am very disappointed. I had to wait nearly an hour to have a script filled in the Bowen pharmacy today. No apology given for the wait. There was 2 people filling the scripts. This is not good enough
