Fantastic little park area near/above the historic Muntapa Tunnel. Public toilets, sheltered picnic tables and a sheltered BBQ area. Didn't look but guess it might be gas operated but don't know if you need coins.Definitely worth a day visit to take in the history of the tunnel.

Fascinating history. Unfortunately many steps to get down to the railway tunnel. A lookout from above gave a view of the tunnel. There was a toilet at the park. Also picnic benches.

Very well maintained rest stop. Disabled accessible toilets. Tracks are well maintained and the signage is excellent. Lots of wildlife.

Great park, tunnel is cool. A bit muddy at the moment. You can drive passed on the dirt road about 400m and walk up to the tunnel. 200m.

Pretty interesting place to visit and see some of of our countries history.The tunnel itself has a little bit of a funky smell to it but with the bats living in it that is to be expected.

Picnic tables and toilets available at the park area, we went to walk through the tunnel but it was locked on this occasion due to the bats nesting, you can walk in a fair way before getting to the gates so still worth a look

A lovely park well worth the stop. Toilets were clean. Nice benches to eat. Short walk to see the tunnel and bats, bit stinky. If you keep going along the road it brings you back to the highway. Nice drive!

Good park, somewhere to stop and eat and visit the abandoned train tunnel below. A bit out of the way for anything else with the gravel access road taking 10 minutes each way. Would recommend visiting when it is not raining, as the tunnel walk can result in mud very very quickly.
