Sean and his crew did such a great job on our build, they were very professional, had excellent communication and completed the job in the timeline quoted. We are extremely happy with the end result and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Sean and his team recently renovated both our bathrooms and laundry and we couldn't be happier! The team were lovely, punctual and respectful, trying to be considerate of our baby and old dog hanging around them! Sean's excellent communication meant we understood what was happening and what any issues were. He helped us brainstorm solutions and provided sound advice. His quote was very reasonable and they stuck to budget. We're very pleased with the final product and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We have just finished a very large renovation of our Queenslander which was a live in reno for nearly 4 months. We renovated and extended our investment property recently through Second Nature Builders. They have gone above and beyond and consistently showing their workmanship and professionalism. The team is fantastic and has a wide range of skills from building to repairing. They are polite, professional and always keep us well informed. They have also provided excellent tailored solution based our situation and request. Last but not least, they showed great patience with us. It was a complicated case and we had to change our scope a few times. Sean was always smiling and listening to our needs and came up with a solution. Ben is a great site manager and gives top class on site recommendation. Gabe has a great sense of humor and we love his work as much as his personality. Liang Fu and Keiran are very kind and never shy from lending us a hand when needed. Last but not least, Simon runs the earthwork machine and offers good landscaping advices. We are very happy with everything they have done and are going through our residential property's extension with them.

Sean was very easy to deal with and a godsend when it came to council approvals and managed the build well. He kept me in the loop at all times of the construction, I was not able to be at the site constantly so it was important to me to have good communication. The quote and costing was transparent and timely which made my end of the finances easy to organise and manage. I had definite ideas of how I wanted my place to look and Sean was on board with all of my ideas and added a few of his own that really made a difference to the look.Sean's team were great to have around the build and were respectful, yet fun. We couldn't recommend Second Nature Builders more highly. For context, we got them on board to reconfigure our bathroom, remodel our kitchen, and build a new deck, living space, washroom and office. We live in a 1950s style cottage on a fairly significant slope and on a busy road.Sean, Ben and the team worked tirelessly to deliver this work on time, on budget and to a standard beyond anything we could have hoped or planned for. All of this during a pandemic and the Brisbane 2022 floods!Most important to us was that the guys created a home that we absolutely love in a way that fostered a fun, easy and creative time for our household. No-one believes me when I tell them we were SAD that the reno had to finish - we miss the team so much - they are all talented, respectful and hardworking and it was a joy to watch them work and see our beautiful new house emerge.It's a testament to the finished product that so many people who have seen the new house have been blown away by the quality of work and attention to detail.
