I am absolutely blown away by their customer service. I had a problem with a lock I had installed overseas (which may have been an installation fault) and received advice which may address the problem but Lemaar sent me replacement parts anyway.Thank you D. Thank you T.

Purchased a Lemaar External" handle. It was breached and my car stolen by a literal minor with a pair of pliers. Avoid if you value your family's safety"

I purchased a number of items from Lemaar through Bunnings special orders to match the white Lemaar door hardware I purchased off the shelf. The products I ordered came missing key parts including the screws, strike plate and cover plate for the privacy lock. The hardware that was delivered was also defective in colour and was not close to the other products of the same range. Customer service admitted that there was a problem with the batch. These are funnily enough still available to purchase through Bunnings website and who knows where else despite Lemaar knowing there is an issue with the product. I opened up a warranty claim because that is what I was told to do by Lemaar, I am 7 weeks in and still cannot close my bathroom door and have no clarity on when I will get the exact product I ordered. The customer service is atrocious, you can see from the below response from customer service showing they are not willing to do anything regarding the faulty colour batch even though they have said it is wrong. I've essentially been told you can place a warranty claim but you will get the same colour and we don't stock spare parts. These are hands down the most dreadful and nastiest quality door hands/locks in Australia. I'm home with my 4 year old today and we are locked out of our only toilet due to another failure with a lemaar locking door handle set. This is probably about the third time this has happened with the most embarrassing being when a friend was staying and ended up locked in the bathroom for a considerable amount of time. This time it ended up taking 2 hours to break into the toilet. This is the last time I am letting this happen so I am replacing all our door handles with another brand. These are absolute cheap junk do not be tempted to buy them.

absolute rubbish quality. i purchased 3 lemaar calida tri lock lever sets and all 3 were faulty, i have had to get a locksmith out and now i have had to replace them with gainsborough locksets,

Very poor quality. Internal pin has been broken (no idea how, none forced it) and door stuck in lock. Defective product, I guess due to cheap metal used.

My experience with Lemaar is only with Toilet Indicator locks for commercial use in the hospitality industry. Lockwood were my go to locks previously but unfortunately their quality has become very sub par so I tried Lemaars units so glad I did the build quality puts others to shame and half the price. Will be a staunch supporter of this product for years to come. Keep up the good work Lemaar and thank you

Excellent customer service! Our builder forgot to have a pin in one of the locks. I called the builder, he didn't have a spare pin. Lots of excuses. I emailed Lemaar, Denise Hughes quickly helped and sent me a new one. 5 star service!!!

Bought brand new passage and privacy set and there’s defects on the products so not happy with Lemaar stainless steel door handles. Would not recommend this products to anyone.
