The staff are very friendly here, great customer service :] I honestly don't eat fish and chips often but I have to admit that the food they sell here is really good. The chips and potato cakes are not oily at all :)

Our local fish and chips, consistent and great quality. The hamburger in batter is awesome and I’ve had the best scallops ever here.

I drove 17km for two potatoes cakes... Do it every month.. Best in Victoria... And incredibly clean...

Ordered 4 burgers, min chips with vinegar and 6 potatoe cakes via Uber eats.Driver arrived with only 1 burger and chips, rest of order missing.Contacted shop and lady on phone apologised and asked if we wanted to pick up remaining part of order.Drove to get rest of order (would have picked up entire order and saved Uber eats service and delivery fee had I known ).Burgers were dry and potatoe cakes very oily, no vinegar on chips.Disappointed as this store is usually good.

Don’t frequently eat Fish n Chips but when I do I usually get it from here - I know what to expect, it’s usually pretty good and it’s very consistent. Tonight however was different, I reckon I had the best Fish Shop burger I’ve had in over a decade. The patty was good quality, thick and tasty, cheese melted nicely and a soft fresh bun….loved it. Keep making burgers like these guys….please. As a bonus the onion rings and dimmies were cooked perfectly

Poor service, understandably Good Friday is a busy day although having called 30-35 mins in advance you’d think the order would be in the fryer or at least a heads up over the phone with a timeframe would have sufficed. Arrived to be told at least another 20 mins and that they didn’t know what my order was. This shop has no business being open in such a prestige area.

First time ordering from this place via uber eats. Ordered the small flake pack, bonus was that it included 2 crabsticks which almost no other place does. I love them but it's always other items inc in packs. I wish more places allowed selecting what comes in packs. This was good bang for your buck, good amount of chips, everything arrived hot,they added chicken salt as requested, big bonus as when I normally add this as an option with other places, you can barely taste it. The food was not cold or soggy as I ordered for lunch. Now for the down sides (dim Sim and potato cake over cooked, not a fan of crunchy. The small flake is VERY small and this would suit a childs appetite or someone who wants to try fish if you never have beforehand, so just keep that in mind. If you're looking for a bite sized fish portion in a variety pack then this is good, if you're looking to really enjoy more fish to side items then order the large pack not this. Also adding a wedge of lemon for the fish should be customary as sadly this is something other shops do offer. The added cost and time to cut lemon wedges isn't much so just a small thing you can do to make it better for your customer. This is a pet peeve for me as its pretty inconvenient to cut a full sized lemon when I only use a wedge sized portion, then the rest goes in the bin. Other than that steamed dim Sim was also overcooked so that is abit upsetting because as a lunch item you expect things to be fresh not old by 1pm. But besides that the overall was good and I would order again, but I do hope items are cooked well, not over next time. I would rather my order take longer and more time and care be taken with the food going out than to rush it with 10 other orders at the same time and end up with overcooked food ( that is my feedback). Maybe I'll try the burger next time. I aim to try all items when I review a place and keep constant reviews coming based on satisfaction.
