Kimberly and co are the most lovely professional hairdressers. They make us feel at home, comfortable and spoilt each time any of my family go in.We all enjoy the chat and the banter - colours, fools and cuts are amazing. Thanks Kim. X

As a long term client I have have been mistreated several times and I would recommend going elsewhere. Never one to leave bad reviews without care to future customers, these girls don’t understand service. While I like Kimberley, she doesn’t understand what is required when handling repetitive mistakes. Macleod studio only. Ultimately too many mistakes made when dealing with how someone looks, which is important and personal and more care should be taken. I was made to feel scared and guilty saying a mistake had been made. That’s the ultimate in customer shaming.

I love visiting Kimberley & Co Macleod! I’ve been coming here for years and always leave very happy after my haircut. All of the ladies that work here are so talented, and Amy the receptionist is great at finding an appointment time that fits your schedule. I also really recommend their keratin treatment. For a while, Kimmy Rose was a great hairdressers to go to. But after Covid they’ve done a 180. First time I asked to make an appointment once the restrictions were lifted, I was told they were booked for months so they’d put me on the waiting list. So I waited. And the month they were booked to came and passed and all the messages I sent trying to get an appointment were looked at and ignored. Tried to call and was given the “too booked” line again.They just want pretty people in their salons who look like the clones that are the hairdressers. I was a loyal customer for years and didn’t think I was unwanted there. Now I know the truth. Avoid Kimmy Rose. They don’t treat everyone equally and after my experience, it’s clear they’re not trying to hide that.Kimmy Rose Salons (or whatever they want to call them) are not kind. Don’t go there.

My daughter got her hair cut and coloured with Tam. She did a fabulous colour. Definitely will go back

Can’t recommend this salon highly enough! My whole family has been coming here for years now and we all have such different hair types but always leave happy, which speaks to the skill of the staff. Professional, inviting atmosphere and lovely staff who are all exceptional at what they do! Absolutely no complaints, 10/10!
