I asked for French tip and they didn’t file it properly they gave me a cracked nail I’m disappointed they also didn’t shape it the right way I asked for coffin and they gave me square

First time visiting Prime Nail Salon Express.It was a good experience.I was just walked in but was attended to straight away and they had a few clients in already.Had French Shellac on toes - which was done very quickly and shaped very well. - I’m very fussy and this look was completed effortlessly by two of the older ladies.French SNS done by the manager who did a wonderful job, I could also tell she was a perfectionist. Going over, checking her job and once it was completed I was very happy with the shape & application.Overall was in the salon for 1.5hrs.

Shocking service. Will never go here again. 2 hours to get a manicure and pedicure (shellac). Nail technician left me several times to attend to other people that walked in. She completed 3 new walk in customers whilst leaving me with half completed cut toenails. At one stage 10 people in the salon to 3 employees and they were talking everyone. One Lady was left with her nails sitting in acetone for well over an hour.

Very happy with my nails getting SNS, price was reasonable and the people were so lovely great customer service. Also they were extremely gently throughout the process and didn’t rush anything. Would definitely recommend and be back.

Worst experience ever. 1. The service was bad, walked in first and was last to leave as they kept serving others walking in. 2. No communication just talking in there own language, where is the customer service talk with your clients. 3. Not same shape on some nails and they cut my skin on my thumbs as it's very painful to touch. I recommend you go else where very bad and will not be coming back ever.

Have been here 4 times now and every time I've loved my nails. Staff are really friendly and pricing is really good

The staff were nice but the service was not good. We came in together to get our mani and pedi at the same time, we were both sat down at the same time, but one was finished before the other had even started. What should have been a 45min experience became 1.5 hours

Booked an appointment online. When I turned up they had zero idea of any booking and told me I would have to wait. I sat for 45 minutes before they threw a bucket of nail shades at me and told me to pick a colour. I explained that I had an appointment for a set of acrylic nails to be done French with whit tips. I was then shouted at by the woman who then started abusing me , rolling her eyes at me and pulled her mask down to sigh in my face. I then asked the woman next to me if I wasn’t explaining it correctly to her … she told me no it’s her she’s being horrible to you.The woman then started speaking loudly in Chinese and then every couple of seconds was saying “stupid” and “she doesn’t understand “… I had no choice at this point but to walk out.Absolute waste of time.Please don’t waste your time or money.They were horrendously rude.They were unprofessionalThey abuse their customersThey are an absolute DISGRACE!!!!!!
