Popped past whilst on holiday unannounced as l was having an issue with my waeco fridge and couldn’t work out whether it related to my dual battery system or whether it was the fridge. Staff member stopped what he was doing and came out and tested everything to determine the issue - the fridge.Didn’t rush or only do half a job, he tested and te-tested everything to make sure his diagnosis was correct.At the end of it no charge for his time.Fantastic customer service and explanation of what he did and why he was doing it.Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I called nino around lunch time Saturday, of the long weekend. 3 hours later he was at my house. Half an hour later my wiring problems were solved. Quick friendly service, and the required result.

Guys at DC power run 12v power to the rear of my Isuzu MUX for a caravan. The quality of the job was the best I've seen and I'm not easily Impressed. Can without doubt recommend these guys for your Car and caravan power requirements.

The guy doing the job was great, but his boss is ripping people off. He overcharged for the labour and over charged for the part to fix the problem.I don’t recommend this company at all.

Nino was called on because another MACKAY business could not fix my air conditioning. From the very beginning he has been honest and up front with all communications on what ultimately has been a very difficult job. Working on a Saturday till late is an example of his dedication to his customers, for which I am most grateful. I recommend DC Power Solutions to all.

What great service! Called at 4.30pm on Wednesday. Nino arrived at our camp site at 8.30am the following morning with a replacement aux battery. Check our system. All good to head off again on our travels. Would highly recommend this business. Really nice fella too!
