They had what I wanted... Was quite surprised to see my regular dog biscuits went from $22 to $31.50....I hope coles made a mistake with the price...other wise these price will have a huge impact on families...dog treats up $2...really they put junk on special and the things families really require keep rising...such a shame..

We received our groceries ordered online this afternoon and they were delivered by a lovely young man. He was very polite, courteous, and did an amazing job handing over to me our groceries. They were bagged properly and no damage. He had a hard time getting off our property as we had a huge pile of trees on our lot but he was able to manage out of it pretty nicely. My husband was glad he was able to drive the delivery truck on his own. Kudos to your delivery guy! Hope management will see how great he is.

Had no food for the night, they Shut the doors in my face at 9:50 when it says they shut at 10, do not recommend.

I have lately noticed how dirty the freezer section is.i opened the doors in the cold section where the frozen chips are and there is a large amount of rotten chips spilt every where.And jammed in between the doors etc .needs to be cleaned .items are advertised on special,get to checkout and charged full price.The air-conditioning never seems to be working in the store either

Unfortunately coles south west rocks has lost so much since they closed the Deli. Most staff never smile wouldn't know anything about customer service, only go to coles if I have too.

I prefer the layout at Coles and different choices. Big plus today was that they had kitten food.
