Their data is not secure. They sent me a disk of clients (by accident), their debts and if they were going to proceed or not with the collection. It was very interesting why they would drop some cases...It made a very good read. They asked for the disk back, however I preferred to report them, which I did. They then had to self report. A disgraceful company. I reported them to the banks as well.

Keep getting scam text messages about an unpaid account that I don't have. Absolute scam so stay away they are dodgy and so is the companies they contact on behalf of!

Unprofessional and incompetent. Privacy and confidentiality is not high on their list especially when other people's documents get sent to you. Absolutely hopeless. Avoid at all costs.

For many reasons, I ended up , with a debt, the last 6 years I have paid it off. Within my financial limits. With little or no contact, unless I made contact with them. All of a sudden, Im getting 3 monthly phone calls. And threats of fees. Records show I havent missed payments. REALLY!!! and now to get a sms on a sunday, reminding me about a payment due tomorrow. BUT next payment isnt due for 10 days. REALLY!!!! Im sorry its taken me so long to pay it off. BUT its being paid off!!! Not impressed!!

The customer service at Collection House is appalling. I called in to make a payment and close out an account and instead of just being able to pay the amount i was told to pay less than one week ago the person who answered the phone kept arguing with me and was saying that is incorrect and they dont ever wave their agency fee's that i was lying and he had spoken to the other consultants i spoke to. After 20 minutes of him arguing with me, I told him to go speak to his manager and listen to the conversations. Suprise Suprise he came back and what i had been saying to him was correct...

Getting calls from these scammers.They wanted my name, address & date of birth before they would tell me what the call was about.Gave them fake address & DOB which they confirmed as correct, HMMM, says a lot!Still getting 2-4 harassing phone calls a day. Do not give them any personal info.

A little disappointed, I applied for a job in Brisbane, missed their phone call, called back within a 5 minute time frame to the number left, no answer. Called back again, have called back 3x a day since and have even called HR to pass my details along to the recruiter and have heard nothing.I understand this time of year is busy, but please don't screw around those of us looking for work by offering them an interview and then ignoring their phone calls to confirm the dates/times.

Trying to tell me I have not paid my first installment with linkt although I have! I actually paid more than agreed upon. Telling me I have to pay and leaving multiple voice messages on my phone. When I contact I am just left on hold for over an hour while they “check into things” after accusing me of not paying. Customer service is extremely poor and language, tone and attitude I recieved from the lady on the phone was disgusting. Worst experience I have ever had.
