I had a script for Bactroban and I was at Mayfair so bought it for $21.99 then a week later went to Chemist warehouse for something and happened to ask for price of Bactroban guess what $12.99. I was ripped off and proves its better to travel to Chemist Warehouse. How can the same medication cost so differently? Crazy

To all customers who wish to use this chemist please check your medications before leaving the store. I went there on the 31st of May to get minipress 2mg generic name is prazosin as hydrochloride used for prostate issues and was given pravastatin sodium 20mg which is used for cholesterol issues lucky i checked the active ingredient before taking. There is no excuse for this dangerous possible deadly mistake. I or any family or friends will no longer use this chemist please check your medications before in store. It got a 1 star as it give a zero star rating not happy

Wow!! what great customer service.Dorothy went above and beyond to help me.After testing positive to COVID and being Immunosuppressed I received an escript from the GP.Dorothy sorted everything out and the medication is being delivered free of charge this morning.Highly recommend 5 ⭐️

I have been to this chemist multiple times as it’s my local. I recently went to get a script filled and notice they had small hand sanitizer bottles for sale. The small bottles that you would put in your hand bag. I was excited as I hadn’t seen them around so I thought I would get 2. Went she was scanning the bottles she said these are $9. I thought she meant for the two bottles. But no... they were $9 each for a non brand name 50ml hand sanitizers.I am not one to usually write reviews at all. But I have brought hand sanitizer before that have ranged from $1-$4. Never $9. I feel like this is profiteering from an awful situation. If you are going to charge $9 per bottle. At least put a sign with the price in front of the bottles so people don’t get caught out.

Decent size pharmacy with really helpful staff

We are regular patrons here and we always get the best service from the friendly staff, have been since they opened

Have been going to this chemists for aproxamently 6yrs they helped me with my grandparents medication and now they help me with mine as I've had a cerebral haemorrhage and understand that I have issues with memory and always speak to me with acceptance and respect, thank you very much for your help

These guys have been great looking after my 83 yr old mum, I’m writing this review on her behalf to say thank you to all the wonderful, helpful staff members.

Awesome, helpful staff and great service. Had a nice chat while waiting for my covid needle. Also has a small newsagent section in the store.
