He turned out to be not just an expert at contracts/conveyancing but also good at acknowledging and doing his best to alleviate the anxiety one gets while buying a house.I made numerous queries to him through emails, calls and texts. He was excellent at distinguishing time-sensitive/urgent issues and responding quickly with a resolution. At one point, I wasn't sure if the settlement would go through on the date that we agreed in the contract due to title-related challenges.
