Purchased dish washer with website stateing in stock and in delivery within 3 days. Received a call stating out of stock. Should be delivered next week. Three weeks later no dishwasher despite multiple calls. Rude staff stating it was my fault as just because it was listed as in stock when I purchased it didn't mean that was true.

Ordered in stock dehumidifier on 23 May. Looked to see where order was up to a week later and on website stated product unavailable till July.....tried to ring no reply phone answered eith just music, tried to Email and got bounced back email too full. No reply from PayPal dispute......BUYER BEWARE

Disgraceful company. They bait advertise, take your money and then cancel orders days later. They won't pick up the phone, won't talk to you, jut cancel orders at will. Appalling customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Good prices, but don't seem to have anyone working in their delivery department so if you place an online order, you have to wait until someone volunteers their time to go look through the online orders to post them. Maybe happens once a month at best.EDIT: They don't have a store room. They order directly from the supplier. They're selling things they don't actually have.

Bought a fridge and washing machine from them.Got told 3 days later that the washing machine was on back order and there was a 3 week wait. Their web page still listed it as in stock and ready to ship which is very misleading. I cancelled the order and got a refund in a day or 2.The fridge took just over a week to arrive which was really slow compared to other retailers out there. The delivery people themselves were great and installed the fridge within an hour.Calling them is like a lottery, its very hit and miss if they let the phone ring out or will pick up. When you do get through the reps are very helpful and friendly. It just seems they have stretched themselves too thin lately.Overall they have some of the best prices around but there are better shops out there if you need your appliances quickly. Listing products in stock when there is a 3 week wait is not good at all. I'd rather pay a little more to avoid the hassle.

Ordered and paid for a Smeg kettle. After a week heard nothing so emailed them. A few days later they replied that they don’t have the item in stock but do I want another colour. Better than nothing so agreed and was told it would be shipped on Monday. Once again nothing so called on the Thursday and suddenly they can ship it. Terrible customer service, sell items they don’t have! Would never buy again as I think if I didn’t constantly contact them I would be still waiting

The most shocking experience from a retailer I have every had. I ordered a TV online and paid in full. After waiting a long time for delivery (email says 3 - 10 days) I contacted the store and asked where my TV was. Oh we don't have stock

They took money for microwave which never got shipped, had to ring them so many times to get the refund.

Wow never thought I would see this nameAgain but what a deal I just got leading into Christmas there are very limited Samsung, LG and no Sony PlayStation 5 products not only in Victoria but Australia wide. My other half needed a new television for Christmas and what a deal I just got. Joe in sales at Geelong road helped me from start to finish I got my hands on a Samsung QLED TELEVISION 2 days before Christmas and at the most unbelievable of prices. Thanks Joe. The whole process was seem less from service to holding the last one for me to ensuring i paid the best price. I’ll definitely be going back to Billy Guyatts sometime soon. Photos attached to this review are from the collection factory where I picked the tv up from which is only a short5 minutes from the showroom. Thanks again guys

Bought a Nobo heater on the 8th March. Now the 30th March and nothing. Called customer service line. On hold for 15minutes then disconnected. Will be seekingvrefund6throigh credit card. Avoid like the plague!
