NEVER SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE AT HYUNDAI SPRINGWOOD! My mother picked up her Hyundai Veloster two weeks ago after a service and realised the following day that during the service, the staff at HYUNDAI SPRINGWOOD have done significant damage to her rims and have refused to take responsibility/pay for the damage. This was the outcome after my mum waited patiently for 2 weeks for this result. Hyundai service claims that they take pictures of your car prior to a service, Hyundai have failed to send my Mum the photos or any proof of what her car and rims looked like before the service!I also own a Hyundai N i30 and will never service my Hyundai at any Hyundai service centre after seeing the experience my Mum has had.Update: Months after the incident and Hyundai have never taken accountability for the damage they caused and did not fix my Mum’s rims.The owners have responded to positive reviews on Google but have not responded to my review a year later because they know that they damaged my mother’s rims and do not have the basic human decency to take accountability and pay for the damage they have caused. My review has over 4000 views now, Keema Hyundai. I hope everyone who saw this review serviced their car anywhere else but here.

Big shot out to salesman Paul. My son (19) was looking for a new car and had been to other local dealers who I think didn't think he was a serious buyer with the money to spend.Paul was very helpful, no question to hard to answer, not a pushy salesperson just straight talking, honest and caring.The end result is that my son has purchased a new car from Paul who tracked down with the help of his team the exact car he wanted from another location and saved him a six month wait.If you are looking for a car and you like to be looked after with great customer service I highly recommend Keema Springwood and in particular salesperson Paul.Thanks for everything, much appreciated.

Awful Dealership. Girl on the phone was so rude, they didn't have a clue where my key was, they'd already cancelled and re-booked the slot and ultimately they said they can't find the fault. When I asked if I could talk to someone to explain she said no its 2:30 on a Friday, no-one is available and she doubted anyone would call back. Avoid like the plague.

When purchasing the car back in 2018, they claimed the car had a warranty of 5 years.But now I have found out that the car radio has a 3 year warranty. Also they now claim that different parts in the car has different durations for the warranty.Never trust these cheaters and not recommend at all.

The Worst Dealership Experience I have ever had. Avoid them like the plauge Keema just wants your money when there is an issue the leave you in the lurch. Hyundai Australia is know better. Do yourself a favour and buy a Toyota.

My husband and I booked a car to test drive. After waiting for 20 mins… they did not let my husband drive the car because he had a digital license. Soo disappointed as we test drove Audi, BMW and VW all with showing them his digital license. Sadly they don’t seem to care about making a sale. Will never go back!!

Hopeless Hyundai Springwood. We booked in for a 10am test drive, only to be ignored when we arrive. Salesman kept sporadically turning up to tell us he was busy with another customer and didn’t want them to feel like they’re being left. After waiting 25 minutes we simply gave up and left. No sale Hyundai.

Would not trust this department to book in and service my lawn mower.I booked in my car for a scheduled service 2 weeks in advance as this was the soonest it could be seen. At that time I could not predict I would be needed at work. I tried to call twice before the date it was booked to change but no one was at the desk to assist me. I tried calling after the service date and again no one took my call to help haven't even received an email/call to offer me another date. This is the second time the department has stuffed me around, they wouldn't even look at my car after a electrical issue where the mirrors wouldn't open making it unsafe to drive. Was offered a time in 2 weeks but until then was expected to drive my car with no mirrors or organise an alternate means of transport, and they were also going to charge me to look at it. Needed to sort it out by myself with no help from the service team.The service department have zero respect for their customers and absolutely no desire to assist anyone. If you want to have your car serviced by Hyundai choose another dealership.

Have dealt with Paul Drake here on more than one occasion. Found him to be very up front and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, goes beyond expectations. Great selection of cars and will source vehicle's uf there is nothing in their range.Good after sales service not like the rude sales staff at some ofthe dealership's at Hillcrest.

I've got a brand new car. Which just broke down. They have ordered a part to get it fixed. Its already been 5 days as they have ordered the part. So, customer service said me as soon as we find out the fault we'll arrange a car for you. Because, I am really struggling for the car.But these guys are just playing around I wait for their call backs for whole days and then next day I am the one who is calling back.
