The MINI Wallbox I got free with the car does not work. It’s been 4 months and no help, despite asking a number of times, from Fortitude Valley MINI Garage or BMW. Having to slow charge which takes 8-10 hours. No manuals for this particular generation of Wallbox is available on the internet either. Would love it if someone could sort this out.

When things to do with Car are good, they are great. When they are not, they are really bad. Total lack of service. I've called 5 times recently to find a part of my car left behind after service, and no one had bothered to get back to me. Persistent rattle in car interior, and I've been told to expect rattles as its a rigid chassis - on a new car! Sunroof changed and screws overtightened denting the roof from the inside, sunroof trim wasn't attached properly either - just pulled off.Just hope you don't have problems with your mini as these guys won't want to know about it.

Georgia at Brisbane Mini Garage went above and beyond from my initial interest in purchasing a Mini, to the delivery of the Mini Countryman. Georgia was extremely helpful and answered every question I had and answered messages and calls (even on her day off work). At the second delivery , they took the time to answer the questions I had and filled my tank up again.Even today(over a week after delivery), I messaged a question to Georgia and she answered immediately. So helpful and professional.Georgia, Josh, Paige, Robbie and Earl have been amazing! Cannot fault the service received so far! Highly recommend Brisbane Mini Garage!
