My property manager Ms Linda Ryan is one of the best property manager I have met in the last 10 years of my experience. She is always prompt to respond to my questions and maintenance requests, and she offers professional and friendly communications. I have experienced some horrible ones in the past with other realestate agents who made my rental experience a nightmare but Linda makes me and my family feel safe and supported in our rental property.You can choose a house to rent but you can’t choose your property manager, yet, the quality of your property managers affect directly on your rental experience. And in that sense I’m so grateful to have a caring person like Linda as my property manager.

On behalf of our family I wish to express our gratitude for the personal service and excellent communication by phone and email by Adams and Jones. We appreciate the punctual, regular reports of inspections and financial statements. Most recently Linda arranged a rent increase for our property so we are very pleased about that. We would recommend Adams and Jones to anyone requiring property management. Thanks Linda and the team.

Lauren and the team at Adam & Jones have really been life savers for myself and my 3 little ones. We were desperate for a home and needing someone to show us some kindness and compassion for our circumstance. No other realestate would even consider us, with me being a single mum. Although I was working two incomes and could afford the rent, I was immediately overlooked.Lauren heard me and could see me for who I was and how desperate we were and offered so m in kindness, compassion and empathy to us and now we have a beautiful house we can call home. Reading over previous one star reviews.I was pleased to note that this Real Estate Agency is now time stamping the photos and ensuring that these are up to date in For Lease advertisements.As Rent Bidding is allowed. May I suggest to prospective Tenants to offer a lower rent price, if the property doesn't meet your expectations and the Landlord is unwilling to meet the Minimum Housing Standards.I'd like to note that I am not a customer of this Agency but would consider becoming a customer and using their services in the future.As long as they continue to date stamp their photos, ensuring that my time isn't wasted viewing misrepresented properties via misleading marketing photos".Should future reviews indicate that the Agency is managing communication

My wife and I purchased a home through Adams & Jones with Dave Hawkins the lead selling agent. Being from interstate we had plenty of questions and Dave was happy to answer them and provide advice as needed. The staff in the office were also very helpful with any inquires and kept the paperwork on schedule. Well done team.

We recently finished our Lease with Adams and Jones, and had Lyn as our property manager. Lyn is amazing, and it’s sad to see that she is retiring. Never had any issues and all problems with the house was fixed straight away. Would definitely recommend this real estate.

I have nothing but good things to say about my property manager Catherine Lambert. She is very professional and keeps us informed with what is going on at our property and tenant. Always responds promptly to any questions raised. Monthly statements are delivered professionally and precise. Highly recommend Adams & Jones Property Specialists.

I would think very very wisely against using Lauren as your property manager or renting under her.If you want to be scammed for your bond, rent or have numerous problems with professional abuse or just not to be listened to and spend months asking for things in your house to be fixed then this is your agent.How this woman is employed boggles my mind.Oh don’t ask management for help they will ring your pregnant wife and abuse her in the early hours of the morning then unleash a dribble fuel bombardment against you.Wow I’ve never been treated or seen people treated this way in 15 or so years in renting.I’ll be awaiting the next email or phone call of abuse because I’ve spilled the beans.
