Wrong order was delivered twice not even once for our dinner tonight.When we called the castle hill store, they didn’t take the call, we had to call from a different number to speak to them….Then the person is showing attitude, now what do you want me to do, mistakes happen, he offered us $5 voucher for his mistake, and when we asked for the correct pizza he said it will take another 35-40 mins for delivery, that’s max I can do if you want the pizza, it’s up to you.When we said we will take it to higher level, he said do whatever you want.I ordered the pizza at 7:48 and till 09:30 we were talking to him for another deliveryWe never expected this kind of service from Domino’s. I needed up cooking our dinner .

I order pizza for dinner today and let me tell you the service was horrible, they messed up my order and the pizza tasted really odd. I ordered 2 peri peri chicken pizzas and they forgot to add the sauce which is essential to its taste. I called them for some compensation but instead of giving me new pizza, they offered me credit which I reluctantly accepted. The chicken was not even cooked properly. That night, which turned out to be my mum’s birthday, I ended up eating cold, bad tasting pizza. Would not recommend this place to anyone to buy from during weekday evenings especially when a worker (who shall remain anonymous) is messing up your order and cooking really bad food. The only reason this review gets one star is because the garlic bread was good :)

Pizza had incorrect toppings, was burnt, and arrived squashed against the side of the box. When I enquired why they were unable to contact us if they had run out of our requested topping, the gentleman only responded with I have no answer" and hung up after I advised I wanted to leave feedback with the manager. Order arrived late but was marked as delivered a long time before actually arriving

Horrible place, never going back again. The food was undercooked and the meat was stale. Lastly to mention the staff were horrible to me and my daughter. Which one of them even tried to attack us. I would like to add that one of the staff members were pregnant. She legit gave birth on top of our pizza and served us the baby. Then a homeless man tried attacking us outside to steal the baby off us.

Not usually one to post any negative reviews, however my last experience ordering at Castle Hill Dominos was really not great. Pizzas were ordered on the dominos app. Once the approximate delivery time had come around the online pizza tracker stated that the pizzas had been delivered. 15minutes later, I decided to call the store and ask where the pizzas were. I was told they were ‘on their way and there was a technical problem with their online tracker’. Half an hour late, the pizzas finally arrived and were all squished to the side of the box. I had also asked for no capsicum on one of the pizzas and it came an excessive amount of capsicum :(

Compared to the other pizza restaurants nearby, the quality of the food was never terrific, but if you needed a fast and cheap (but certainly not healthy) meal, dominoes was the place to go. The place itself was very noisy and humid, with an almost overwhelming smell of uncooked and overcooked meats. It felt like they just wanted customers to go in, order, then come back when it's ready, even though they had seating and a decent sized shop front. Pizza variety was there, but again, it didn't deliver the flavours I savoured. I would only really recommend this to those who need to feed a large amount of people on a budget.

25/4/23: New management - changed to 5stars. Food was great. Efficient service. Driver was friendly:)————————————————————BEWARE!!! You’ll pay for your full order but will only receive half the order then have to jump through hoops trying to get the itemsDont bother asking for a refund - they wont give you that either as per manager Varinder.I spoke to Zayyan who said to ring tomorrow and speak to Sukhi who will refund $17 for the 3 items we didnt get***dont pay the extra $3 for 20 minute delivery - they NEVER deliver under 20 mins
